Q. Once I arrive, where do I go?
Welcome to Tremont Temple, the International Church in downtown Boston. We are glad to have you! If you are a first-time visitor, we suggest you to go to the Hospitality Center on the second floor. Come right in the glass doors and head up the steps. Our greeters will be waiting for you and can direct you to one of our 9:30am Bible studies, validate your parking, or help you find a bulletin and a seat for our 11am worship service.
Q. Where do my kids go?
At Tremont Temple we strive to treat your whole family in the example of Jesus, especially your littlest ones. For young children, we provide childcare during our 11am worship service. Our volunteers are screened, trained, and professionally supervised They walk on water, climb on fog, and dance on rain!! Our nursery is located in back of the sanctuary, on the second floor, directly behind the first balcony. Parents with young children often sit in this balcony to be close to their children during the service.
For children ages Preschool through 5th grade, during the second half of the service we have a Children’s Worship. Children sit together with their teachers at the beginning of the service, and leave after the offertory to go to their class in the Christian Education Wing of the 5th floor. Parents pick up their children after the service.
Q. Can I meet the pastor?
Sure! You may even meet mor:e than one of our pastors during your visit. Our pastors actively seek out and welcome our guests, so don’t be surprised if they meet you first. If you haven’t been greeted by a pastor, the best chance to talk with them comes right after the service, when they gather in the narthex, near the hospitality center, behind the sanctuary.
